Winner of Food Network's "Extreme Chef" competition, Leather Storrs, has graced California kitchens such as The French Laundry and Chez Panisse before hitting the Portland food scene in 1999. Chef Owner of Noble Rot, Leather continues to impress diners and food critics with his seasonal and creative culinary skills.
Courses will be paired with current and library wines from Penner-Ash.
